1General Information & Overview

Nbajii (nbajii.im) is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and beyond. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Nbajii and its users ("Members").

These terms have been drawn up in accordance with international gaming laws and the guidelines of Nbajii's licensing authority. Nbajii reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or an in-platform notification.

2Account Registration & Membership

To open an account on Nbajii, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may open one account only
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration
• You must use a mobile number and bank account registered in your own name
• Managing an account on behalf of another person is not permitted
• It is solely the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential

After registration, Nbajii may request completion of a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is verified. Nbajii reserves the right to suspend an account or request verification at any time if suspicious activity is detected.

3Age Verification & Minor Protection

Nbajii is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. We take the protection of minors extremely seriously.

• Age must be declared at registration; providing false information will result in account closure
• Nbajii may request age verification via National ID or passport at any time
• If a member is found to be underage, all deposited funds will be returned, but any winnings will be forfeited
• If you believe a family member is using the platform underage, please notify us immediately

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The financial transaction rules on Nbajii are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: 100 BDT (bKash / Nagad / Rocket)
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 1–24 hours
• All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• KYC verification is mandatory for large withdrawal amounts

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino gaming on Nbajii:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the live cash-out feature)
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided and the stake refunded
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• In the event of any dispute over scores or results, the official source shall be the final authority
• Placing bets across multiple accounts simultaneously will result in all bets being voided
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and game — the limit displayed at the time of each bet applies

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any bonus or promotional offer on Nbajii:

• Each bonus comes with a specific Wagering Requirement — typically 20 to 35 times the bonus amount must be wagered
• The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only available after the wagering requirements have been met
• Only one bonus offer may be claimed at a time
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and any associated winnings forfeited
• Nbajii reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Nbajii platform and will result in account closure:

• Opening an account using a false identity or incorrect information
• Using or accessing another person's account
• Using any software, bots, or automated tools on the betting system
• Transferring funds between accounts or money laundering
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information
• Harassing or behaving rudely toward other members
• Attempting to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code to the platform

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Nbajii may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions
• Failure to provide the required documents for KYC verification
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned following a verification process. For inactive accounts, a maintenance fee of 50 BDT per month may apply after 12 months of inactivity.

9Limitation of Liability

Nbajii is not responsible for the following:

• Game interruptions or lost bets due to internet connectivity issues
• Delays or issues with third-party payment systems
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime
• Account access resulting from a member sharing their password or through their own negligence

Nbajii is always committed to protecting members' interests and will endeavour to provide a fair resolution for any losses resulting from technical issues.

10Privacy & Data Protection

• Members may request deletion of their personal data at any time

11Responsible Gaming Policy

Nbajii believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not addiction. We place responsible gaming at the highest priority:

• Each member can set their own deposit limit, bet limit, and loss limit
• Self-Exclusion is available — from 24 hours up to a permanent ban
• Our support team is available to provide professional assistance with gaming-related issues

12Changes to Terms & Contact Information
